Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains how to return a physical kit, how refunds are paid, who pays return shipping, and how membership cancellations work. Products and membership are handled separately.
01Return window
You may return most unused kits within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition and packaging, with all components included. To start a return, email support@creprosco.shop with your order reference and we will send return instructions.
02How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, in USD. Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, we process the refund promptly; your bank may take additional days to post it.
03Return shipping responsibility
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping and for the goods until they reach us; we recommend a tracked service. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or not as described, we cover return shipping and will replace the item or refund it in full, including original delivery where applicable.
04Damaged or faulty on arrival
Please check your kit on delivery. Report any damage, defect or missing component within 14 days at support@creprosco.shop with photos where possible, so we can arrange a replacement or refund quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
05Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened bedding, towels or personal-use products may not be returnable once unsealed unless faulty. Any such exceptions are noted on the product page.
06What contents apply
The kit contents that apply to your order are the ones listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Kit Matcher recommendations are guidance only and do not change the specification of the kit you buy.
07Membership cancellations
Membership is separate from product orders. You can cancel a membership at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the unused portion of a current period, and unused monthly tool allowance is not refundable and does not carry over. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will put it right.
08Consumer rights and law
This policy sits alongside, and does not reduce, your statutory consumer-protection rights. It is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
