CREST PROPERTIES (SCOTLAND) LTD., registered at 8 Pendreich Road Bridge Of Allan, FK9 4LY, operates creprosco.shop and sells physical home-furnishing kits and an optional membership. Contact: support@creprosco.shop.

Crest sells physical home goods only. Crest is not a property, letting or estate service. We do not rent property, collect rent, hold deposits, or manage any property transaction or third-party funds. Any reference to rooms, rentals or hosts describes who our kits are for, not a property service.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are one-time for products. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock, suspected fraud or pricing errors, and will refund any amount already taken.

Kit contents follow the specification on each product page. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Delivery timescales, carriers, damaged or lost parcels and signature rules are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds and faulty items are covered in our Refund & Returns Policy, which does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Our kits are home textiles, kitchenware, storage, soft furnishings and lighting intended for ordinary domestic use, and are supplied to meet applicable product-safety standards. All ambient and decorative lighting we sell is LED or electronic — we do not sell candles, open-flame or real-fire products. Cleaning kits contain no hazardous chemicals. Children’s items note suitable ages; keep small parts away from young children to avoid a choking hazard.

Membership is an optional subscription billed monthly or yearly in USD. It unlocks planning tools and member benefits; it contains no credits, no stored value and no cash balance. The monthly plan allowance is a tool-usage limit that does not carry over. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refund & Returns Policy.

You must be at least 13 to use Crest. Customers under 13 may not use the service. Customers aged 13–17 must have the consent of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights available where you live.
