Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains where Crest ships, how much delivery costs in USD, how long it takes, which carriers we use, and what happens if a parcel is damaged, delayed or lost.
01Where we ship
Crest ships internationally to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and several EU countries. The countries available for delivery are shown in the checkout address selector.
02Shipping fees
A flat standard shipping fee is added at checkout and shown in USD before you pay. Any import duties or local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are indicated at checkout where possible.
03Processing and delivery times
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days domestically and 7–15 business days internationally after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. Larger kits may ship in more than one parcel.
04Carriers and tracking
We dispatch through established parcel carriers. Once your order ships, we email tracking details so you can follow delivery. Please keep an eye on tracking and be available to receive larger kits.
05Damaged, delayed or lost parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact support@creprosco.shop with your order reference. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy.
06Address accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address, postal code and contact details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address; contact us quickly if you spot an error and we will help where we can before dispatch.
